01Do unused uses expire?
Yes, unused uses expire at the end of your current billing period (30 days for monthly plans, 365 days for yearly plans). They do not roll over to the next period. We recommend using your allowance before renewal to get the full benefit from your plan.
02Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Yes! When you upgrade, your billing cycle will reset to the upgrade date.
03When do my uses reset?
Monthly plans: Automatically reset every 30 days on your billing anniversary date. Yearly plans: Automatically reset every 365 days on your billing anniversary date. Unused uses from the previous period do not carry over.
04Can I get a refund?
