Terms of Service

Modification or Discontinuation

CityAlgo may update the Platform or Website at any time, including features, content, or databases. We reserve the right to impose limitations or discontinue parts of the Platform with or without notice.

Use and Credit Limits

Usage is subject to limits (e.g., number of Users, messages, and integration credits) based on your selected plan. Exceeding these limits may incur additional charges. CityAlgo may update these limitations by notifying you or updating the Pricing page.

Trial & Pre-Released Services

• Trial Service: Offered for free; CityAlgo may modify or cancel these at any time without liability.
• Pre-Released Services: Alpha or beta versions are under development and may contain bugs or disruptions.

Disclaimer: These services are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Total aggregate liability for such services shall not exceed US $100.

Users and Accounts

• Eligibility: Users must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) or the minimum age required by local jurisdiction.
• Security: Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials. Sharing login details between multiple individuals is prohibited.
• SSO Registration: You may register via Single Sign-On (e.g., Google). By doing so, you represent that you have the right to grant CityAlgo access to that account.

Customer Infrastructure

Customer is solely responsible for the technical environment (cloud, internet, security controls) necessary to run the Platform and any Generated Output. CityAlgo is not responsible for your data backups or the security of environments where you host the output.

Ownership & License

As between the Customer and CityAlgo, the Customer retains all rights to Customer Data. However, Customer grants CityAlgo a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and host this data for the purpose of providing the Platform and creating Generated Output.

Responsibility

Customer warrants that they have all necessary rights and consents to upload the data and that such data does not violate any laws or third-party rights. Sensitive Data (e.g., health or credit card info) should not be uploaded without prior written agreement.

CityAlgo IP

All rights to the Platform, Website, documentation, code, and logos remain the sole property of CityAlgo and its licensors.

Generated Output & Input Data

The Customer owns the software and applications generated by the Platform (Generated Output) resulting from their specific prompts (Input Data).

Note: Due to the nature of AI, Generated Output may not be unique; other users may receive similar results based on similar prompts.

Restricted Use

Users may not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the Platform.
• Use the Platform to build a competing product.
• Use the Platform for high-risk environments (e.g., aviation, nuclear facilities, health services) where failure could lead to injury or severe damage.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless canceled at least 30 days prior to expiration. Charges may be processed up to 3 weeks before the renewal date.

Termination by CityAlgo

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You pose a security risk.
• You breach "Restricted Use" terms.
• You fail to pay fees.

Termination by Customer

You may cancel via Account settings or by contacting contact@cityalgo.com. Termination takes effect at the end of the current term; no refunds are provided for the remaining period.

Data Export Post-Termination

Upon written request within 15 days of termination, CityAlgo will provide a copy of your Customer Data in a standard format. After 15 days, we may delete all data.
